Science labs that precede the ward, not replace it.

Students build technical skills in dedicated labs before they practise on patients — Nutrition, Fundamentals of Nursing, Community Health Nursing, and Maternal & Child Health Nursing.

Fundamentals of Nursing Lab

Practice space for core nursing procedures — bed making, injections, dressing, patient care, and first aid — using anatomy models, hospital beds, and procedure trolleys before students move to supervised clinical postings.

Community Health Nursing Lab

Charts, models, and demonstration material for home-visit technique, immunisation, health education, and other skills used in community and sub-centre practice.

Maternal & Child Health Nursing Lab

Models, a newborn cot, and delivery and examination setups for practising antenatal examination, normal delivery care, newborn care, and child health procedures.

Nutrition Lab

A diet-planning and food demonstration space used to teach nutrition and therapeutic diets — a core competency for community health postings.

Built to INC Norms

All laboratories are well-lit, well-ventilated, and spacious, with adequate furniture, equipment, surgical instruments, charts, and models, in line with Indian Nursing Council norms.
